When you become a member of KAMO, you will receive an official student card or member card as a sign of your membership! As a new member of KAMO, you pay a joining fee of between 30,00 and 34,00 euros. The price includes the card costs and the membership fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Becoming a member<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To become a member of the Student Union KAMO you must be a current student at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences. Please check the Terms and Conditions before joining. As a new student you can order your student or member card as soon as you have received your KAMK ID. With the help of your ID’s we will verify your student status at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a full degree student, <\/strong>you can choose to buy a physical and a digital student card or a digital card only. Please follow the instructions below and choose from the membership options NEW MEMBER (includes physical student card and digital student card) OR NEW MEMBER (includes digital student card only).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a pathway student, open UAS student or exchange student,<\/strong> you can buy a digital member card. Follow the instructions below and select the option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s easy to become a member, here’s how:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Follow the instructions below and allow about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check that you have a suitable digital face photo of yourself in jpg format to attach to your student card. The image should be a face photo of yourself (passport-style) against a light background so that your face is clearly visible. More information of the photo here<\/a>.<\/li>
  2. To join, you will need your personal student number. You can find your student number in the Student\u2019s Desktop Pakki<\/a>. Bring your cursor over your name on the home page, a menu will open and you will see your student number under the ENTITLEMENTS<\/strong>. text. Tip! You can also find your student number in Tuudo, under the QR code.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n

    1. Create an account on the Kide.app webshop.<\/a> You can either create your own account or log in to the app with your Facebook account. We recommend you download the Kide.app application to your phone, as we use it for other services we offer.<\/li>
    2. Search for KAMO membership in the Kide.app either by searching for KAMO membership or by using this link<\/a>.<\/li>
    3. Choose from the NEW MEMBER options whether you want both a physical and digital student card, a digital student card only or a digital membership card. Add the product to your shopping cart using the shopping cart icon. Fill in the requested information and pay for your purchase.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Once you have paid for your purchase, your valid membership will appear in the Membership Card section of your Wallet page. NOTE! However, this is not your digital membership card, it will allow you to pick up your student card and redeem your membership sticker.<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        You will receive a pick-up notification to your school email address when your card is ready for pick-up. You can pick up your student card at Kaff\u00e9 Tauko (Tieto 1 building). It takes about 2-3 weeks for the student card to be delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
