They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing the student union\u2019s overall marketing strategy, as well as managing and developing the organization\u2019s image. Their duties include ensuring that the student union\u2019s website is up-to-date and functional, as well as managing marketing materials.<\/p><p>In addition, the board member responsible of marketing and communications is responsible for internal and external communications and marketing, including the drafting and publication of press releases, statements, and announcements. They coordinate stakeholder collaboration with various communication and information providers and are responsible for the student union\u2019s marketing communications on social media. The role also includes designing and producing membership recruitment materials and activity brochures, coordinating event and campaign marketing, and ordering promotional materials from partners in collaboration with the Executive Director.
