You can find out more about the electoral alliances and candidates from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opiskelijakuntakamo.fi\/en\/candidates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>There are 23 candidates standing for election. The candidates represent five (5) electoral alliances and those not affiliated to an electoral alliance. Introductions of candidates will be published on KAMO\u00b4s website on Tuesday the 24<sup>th<\/sup> of October 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The working language of the Student Council is Finnish.<\/strong> For this reason, standing for election has been marketed only in Finnish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Absentee voting will take place by electronic voting from 1<sup>st<\/sup> of November 2023 at 8.00am to 3<sup>rd<\/sup> of November 2023 at 11.59pm.<\/strong> The link to the electronic advance voting will be sent to the official KAMK e-mail of the members by the beginning of the advance voting. The right to vote can only be exercised once. Absentee voters will be removed from the voting list on the day of the actual election.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The election will take place on Wednesday the 8<sup>th<\/sup> of November 2023 between 10.00am and 2.00pm.<\/strong> Voting will be by paper ballot.
